It took 2 months to get parts in as everything was on back order. I would highly recommend this dealership to do work on your vehicle and I will continue to take mine to them when needed. I had a power steering fluid leak to be fixed under warranty and decided to have the oil and fuel filter changed while my vehicle was in for service. I was told it would take 8 to 9 ours. I left my vehicle there at 8:00 a.m. on the 4th of September and didn’t get it back until 9 September. In addition I had to pay an additional $27.80 for taxes plus gas on the rental car. I was told it took that long because the mechanics were extremely busy. I believe the service representative was great but don’t understand how come he was not old 8 to 9 hours and it took 6 days. Plus I should have been reimbursed for all rental car expenses.

My experience with the Ferguson GMC service department has always been positive. This particular visit was no exception. The team always treats me with kindness and respect. I use the dealership service here, because I want the work done right. Cost may be a little higher, but you get what you pay for, which is quality. My particular job involved front and rear differential and transfer case fluid drain and replacement. This was all done in a reasonable length of time while I waited. The service manager checked on me occasionally, which was nice. The other important aspect of using this service team is, they do a multi-point inspection on the rest of the vehicle before letting you drive off. I have a 2000 mile driving trip coming up, so this service visit gave me the reassurance my vehicle would be good for the road. This takes a lot of worry off your mind when planning a trip. Thank you Ferguson!

Came in for an oil change, and it took about half the time it normally takes. Made me question the quality and thoroughness of the work. An open drink was also left in my trucks cup holder. Again, very sloppy and makes me question the quality of the work.

It was the typical dealership experience. I was forced to use your service because nobody else could perform the service. the communication was difficult. The price was expensive. I eventually had to personally go to the dealership to set up an appointment. the final result was satisfactory but what a hassel. I try to every thing possible to avoid dealing with the dealership.

I want to be clear that the service team at the dealership has consistently been professional, responsive, and supportive. My frustration is not with the local service staff, but with the system GMC has put in place to detect and address engine-related issues. I purchased my vehicle outright, paying cash, with the expectation of reliability and quality. Unfortunately, since the time of purchase, I have experienced ongoing oil-related issues that required multiple service visits and repeated communication with the dealership over several years. Despite these documented concerns, the only resolution offered through GMC’s system was the use of a higher-grade oil. This outcome feels dismissive given the persistence of the problem and the history of reported issues. It is disheartening to feel that GMC did not meaningfully address a long-standing concern, particularly for a customer who has remained loyal to the brand for over a decade. I have exclusively purchased GMC vehicles for more than ten years, and this experience has provided me with important insight into how the company handles systemic issues and long-term customer concerns. While I appreciate the efforts of the dealership’s service team, GMC’s lack of accountability and substantive resolution has significantly impacted my confidence in the brand. This experience has informed my future purchasing decisions, and unfortunately, it does not reflect the level of care or quality I previously associated with GMC.

I want to give a ZERO but it won't allow, This location does not care. I left messages with service manager and never got a call back. We brought our truck in for warranty first Oil change with tire rotation, and fill def (diesel) which is a service that is performed by them GMC. WE sat there for 2 hours they came to us at closing the truck was ready as employees were going home. When we got to our truck notice that the DEF was the same as what we brought it in. THE TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED HOW DO I KNOW THIS BECAUSE IT TAKES A KEY TO UNLOCK OUR TIRES NO ONE ASKED US FOR THE KEY. THE INTEGRITY IS CONSISTENT. This is not the first time they lied to us about service being done. Service guy Daniel was nice but untruthful. I will never return and Never recommend. Not even a call back to resolve their issue we got left with. Don't being truck here the integrity is insane. Till this day I have yet to receive a call back. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I brought my truck in for oil and a transmission flush. My expectations are to hear from the dealer, stay informed. I dropped off at 10am and to call in at 4pm for an update. Also, I got zero feedback on all the other working components of my truck. Nothing, Troy seemed zero percent interested in my service needs.

21/2 hours for a transmission fluid change? Expensive. The service rep didn’t answer my questions about which battery to hook up a battery tender to or if a camper hooked up to the truck draws power with the truck turned off.

Not as good as past experiences.

Arrived and was told because it was an EV that it would be 3-4 hours. Online appointment system gave no indication of that. Waited at dealership for 4 hours only to learn no one had looked at it yet. Took another 1.5 hours to complete work. Spent an entire day waiting, Advisor tried to compensate by waiving the cost of repair—appreciated it but fell short of loss of day.

Service was good, communication was good. Only complaint I have is the website clearly stated there is a service loaner, however the service rep stated they stopped doing that about a year ago. This caused me to have to get an uber to work since I didn’t plan on arranging a ride. The shuttle service didn’t start for a while after a ride was needed.

Everything was done I asked for and done well and in a timely fashion.

The youn man who checked me in was wonderful. I didn't even had to ask for military discount he was on it ! Polite an efficient. Thank you

Why have an appointment when you have to end up waiting for two hours?? Also my wife took my vehicle in because I was unable to and I kind of feel like she was being taken advantage of. My truck did need a battery which I understand but the dealer also said my five year old truck with low mileage needed two thousand dollars worth of work. The service advisor told my wife that he would email me the list of things it needed when she declined the recommended work , but I haven’t received anything. I had a coupon for a $109 oil change and that was all I requested. The service advisor told my wife that I had approved a $30 tire rotation which I hadn’t. I can get that done for free at my shop. Not impressed and I don’t think I will be going back to this dealer again in the future.

I completed a different survey and it turned out bad. But I didn't mean for it to be bad. I saw one to five ratings and mostly rated it at fours The sales portion was excellent.

Again the service dept got me in and out on a express oil change amd tire rotation. Great job to Jared and his service team.

The dash on my new 2025 Canyon Truck was damaged by the dealership on it's first maintenance check. Promises made to correct the damages were made several times. The vehicle came into the service department on 4/1/26 for an oil change and these repairs to the dash. Only the oil was changed and no repairs to the dash bezel were made. When the vehicle was picked up, i was informed that all repairs had been done. That was an untrue statement. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and didn't expect this type of service.

Came in for a VIN verification but also needed service soon. Was able to get in while I was there and was out in 30 minutes! Very fast and efficient

Very pleased with the way Daniel Berger (Service Manager) handled my 150,000 mile service on my GMC truck. He fully explained all that would be done and insured I understood the procedure. Brought vehicle in that morning and received a phone call that afternoon stating it was ready for pickup. I always go to Daniel when I bring a vehicle in for service or repairs.

Brought my daughter’s 2011 Yukon in with an inoperable Bluetooth. She purchased the vehicle several years ago in New Mexico, and it was not working then. Joe Ferguson’s service personnel had it fixed and back on line by 1500 hours for $75. Kudos to dealership and the crew in the shop.

I wanted a specific truck and they made it happen. Hassle free, no stress and swiftly.

The first time experience was poor. I had appointment scheduled long in advance and even got a reminder. I dropped of my car, only to get a call later that parts had not been ordered. Took 2 additional months to get a call back and have my car fixed.

Shuttle service was a little delayed, but did get me back and forth from the dealership to my work. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Had airbag recall and oil change done. Drove the car home, turned it off and the fan continues to run. Called and left a message for someone to call me-no call back. Next morning didn’t even get it out of the driveway engine light on. Called at 9 receptionist said she got my vm and would walk the message back to have someone call me-no call. I called back at 9:30 and gave them the engine code it was reading. I was told that I could bring it in and the would look at it for free. “If it was something they did they would fix it, if it was something that they didn’t do we would have to talk about fixing it and how much it would cost.” Told me the recommend bobs towing. I ended up calling my own mechanic who walked me through plugging the connection for the air intake.
