Great service every time.

Daniel Berger and the entire service staff were outstanding and professional. On time for my 7 am appointment. Out the door with all completed work done right, nice and early. Dan P

I delivered my car to the service department at the scheduled time. I reiterated the service to be done. The mechanic told me to have a seat in the waiting room, and he said they would be done in about an hour. In an hour they told me they were done, and I picked up my car and drove home. Everything seems to be working fine. I am completely satisfied with the work done.

Nice people

Came in for an oil change. The service dept got me in a little early. We it was about done they asked me if I wanted to have them rotate my tires. I had them go ahead with the tire rotation since it needed to be done. It was all done in a little over a half an hour. Great service.

My check engine light came on and would not reset. I was told my DEF tank had to be replaced... again, after having it replaced only a month or so earlier. My biggest complaint was I had to wait for GM to decide if they would replace the tank or not??? The staff at Ferguson were great,. They kept me informed of the progress daily, and were courteous and friendly, they made a difficult problem easier to accept. Thanks to CORY CURTIS and DANIEL BERGER!!!

Came in for an oil change, and it took about half the time it normally takes. Made me question the quality and thoroughness of the work. An open drink was also left in my trucks cup holder. Again, very sloppy and makes me question the quality of the work.

My first service on my 2024 pickup was due. Easy to get appt., and quick, friendly service, as always at Ferguson Buick,GMC.

The dealership was great to work with, cared about my needs and communicated with me on a regular basis. GMC itself needs to get better at supplying parts when needed. It took 2 months to get parts in as everything was on back order. I would highly recommend this dealership to do work on your vehicle and I will continue to take mine to them when needed. Thanks Cory for all your help fixing my GMC.

I had a power steering fluid leak to be fixed under warranty and decided to have the oil and fuel filter changed while my vehicle was in for service. I was told it would take 8 to 9 ours. I left my vehicle there at 8:00 a.m. on the 4th of September and didn’t get it back until 9 September. In addition I had to pay an additional $27.80 for taxes plus gas on the rental car. I was told it took that long because the mechanics were extremely busy. I believe the service representative was great but don’t understand how come he was not old 8 to 9 hours and it took 6 days. Plus I should have been reimbursed for all rental car expenses.

I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Joe Ferguson Buick. Every experience with sales, finance, and the general manager has always been a pleasant and painless experience. Staff was courteous, they got me in earlier than my appointment time, and made me aware of everything to be conducted on my vehicle and finished in a timely manner.

Scheduled a 2:00 pm oil change and arrived a little early and they had my Sierra ready by 2:30 pm.

My experience with the Ferguson GMC service department has always been positive. This particular visit was no exception. The team always treats me with kindness and respect. I use the dealership service here, because I want the work done right. Cost may be a little higher, but you get what you pay for, which is quality. My particular job involved front and rear differential and transfer case fluid drain and replacement. This was all done in a reasonable length of time while I waited. The service manager checked on me occasionally, which was nice. The other important aspect of using this service team is, they do a multi-point inspection on the rest of the vehicle before letting you drive off. I have a 2000 mile driving trip coming up, so this service visit gave me the reassurance my vehicle would be good for the road. This takes a lot of worry off your mind when planning a trip. Thank you Ferguson!

Great experience as always

It was the typical dealership experience. I was forced to use your service because nobody else could perform the service. the communication was difficult. The price was expensive. I eventually had to personally go to the dealership to set up an appointment. the final result was satisfactory but what a hassel. I try to every thing possible to avoid dealing with the dealership.

I brought my truck in for oil and a transmission flush. My expectations are to hear from the dealer, stay informed. I dropped off at 10am and to call in at 4pm for an update. Also, I got zero feedback on all the other working components of my truck. Nothing, Troy seemed zero percent interested in my service needs.

Why have an appointment when you have to end up waiting for two hours?? Also my wife took my vehicle in because I was unable to and I kind of feel like she was being taken advantage of. My truck did need a battery which I understand but the dealer also said my five year old truck with low mileage needed two thousand dollars worth of work. The service advisor told my wife that he would email me the list of things it needed when she declined the recommended work , but I haven’t received anything. I had a coupon for a $109 oil change and that was all I requested. The service advisor told my wife that I had approved a $30 tire rotation which I hadn’t. I can get that done for free at my shop. Not impressed and I don’t think I will be going back to this dealer again in the future.

I have always had good service at Joe Ferguson Buick.

I completed a different survey and it turned out bad. But I didn't mean for it to be bad. I saw one to five ratings and mostly rated it at fours The sales portion was excellent.

Again the service dept got me in and out on a express oil change amd tire rotation. Great job to Jared and his service team.
